Job summary

Keltbray is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead civil engineering and deep drainage delivery on complex infrastructure projects. You will coordinate site teams and ensure work is performed to programme, budget, and project specifications, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will supervise Graduate Engineers and Site Engineers, review ITPs and risk assessments, manage subcontractors, and drive improvements across NEC-based contracts on HS2 environments.

Qualifications

• Leadership and management of site teams across civil and drainage works.
• Experience delivering civil engineering and deep drainage projects.
• Strong understanding of setting-out techniques and survey equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise civil and deep drainage works on site.
• Lead site engineering teams including Graduate Engineers and Site Engineers.
• Prepare and review ITPs, risk assessments and temporary works requirements.
• Coordinate survey activities, setting out, and as-built records.
• Ensure works comply with drawings, specs, permits and method statements.
• Monitor progress and deliver to programme within budget and quality standards.
