Job summary

NHS Lanarkshire is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead procurement and commercial activities for the Digital, ICT and technology-enabled categories. You will work with Digital Services, clinical teams and senior stakeholders to deliver value-for-money contracts and support the board's transformation programmes.

The role involves developing procurement strategies, managing regulated tenders, and maintaining supplier relationships within the organisation's Standing Financial

Qualifications

• Significant experience of managing procurement exercises and contracts.
• Knowledge of modern procurement systems and ability to work under time pressure.
• Understanding of Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations and Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and implement contracts to maximise value for money.
• Conduct tenders in line with Standing Financial Instructions and public contracts legislation.
• Ensure supply chain integrity and governance across the category.
