Job summary

Public Services Delivery Scotland (PSD Scotland) is recruiting a Business and Commercial Manager to drive governance, planning and performance reporting across the digital function. You will coordinate resources, support commercial activity, and help leaders make informed decisions through robust reporting.

The role is hybrid, with base locations in Edinburgh or Glasgow, 36 hours per week, and a 12-month fixed term/secondment. UK resident required to work within the NHS Scotland framework.

Qualifications

• Experienced business and administration managers who can bring structure, coordination and commercial expertise to a busy digital environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; able to work with technical, operational, corporate and customer-facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Support governance, planning and performance reporting
• Coordinate resources and demand, maintain delivery plans and risk/issue tracking
• Assist commercial activity including customer quotations, income forecasting and records
• Develop performance reporting and support leaders in decision making
