We support staff with education and training, provide the tools and data that improve services, and run vital national functions such as procurement, logistics and blood, tissue and cell services.
This is a key leadership role within the Data and Analytics service, responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of operational digital and data services that support national priorities across NHS Scotland.
The Service Delivery Manager will lead a multidisciplinary team delivering business intelligence and data services, ensuring that services are reliable, high-quality, and continuously improved to meet customer needs. The role sits at the heart of service delivery, balancing live service management, ongoing development, stakeholder engagement, and performance oversight.
Unlike project or programme management roles, this post focuses on the ongoing ownership and optimisation of services, ensuring that solutions are effectively transitioned into, and sustained within, live operational environments.
The role involves working collaboratively with colleagues across Digital & Security, Public Services Delivery Scotland, NHS Boards, Scottish Government and external partners, contributing to the delivery of national data-driven improvements.

These posts can be based at Gyle Square, Edinburgh or Delta House, Glasgow.
Currently hybrid working.
The work pattern is Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week.
