Public Services Delivery Scotland is seeking a Business and Commercial Manager to strengthen governance, performance reporting and delivery across the digital services portfolio. The role covers business management, governance, and commercial activity within a national NHS digital environment.

You will coordinate plans, maintain resource and demand forecasting, and support senior leaders with informed decision-making.

• Support governance processes and coordinate resources and demand
• Develop performance reporting and ensure risks, actions and decisions are tracked
• Assist with commercial activity, including customer quotations and proposals and income forecasting
