Surrey and Sussex ICB seeks a Deputy Head of Learning Disability, Autism Programme & MH to provide dynamic leadership across strategic and operational levels. You will oversee governance, workforce planning, finance, and performance management for S117 and LD/Autism initiatives, coordinating multi-agency safeguarding and service improvement.

You will drive joint training, ensure high-quality, patient-centered care, and steer partnerships with Local Authority and NHS bodies to improve outcomes

Qualificações

• Master's level education or substantial senior-level experience in a specialist health area.
• Experience with LDA, S117 Aftercare and associated policy frameworks.
• Evidence of post-qualifying CPD and ongoing professional development.
• Understanding of national and local health/care policy impacts on engagement.
• Knowledge of relationships with system partners including local authorities.

Responsabilidades

• Support budget management, governance, and performance processes across services.
• Communicate complex information to patients, families, carers and partners.
• Develop and deliver joint staff training on S117 and Learning Disability/Autism programs.
• Ensure patient-centered care, clinical quality, safety, and value for money.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, regulatory, and statutory standards.
• Promote equality, diversity and a positive working culture.
