Surrey and Sussex ICB in Lewes is seeking a senior role to lead LDA/MHS117 services. You will manage budgets, drive governance, quality improvement, and performance management across services.

The post requires strategic and operational leadership, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and engagement with service users and stakeholders to deliver S117 and LD/Autism programmes. NHS ICBS values and safeguarding are central to the role.

Qualificações

• Master's degree or equivalent senior level experience.
• Postgraduate diploma or higher training in LDA/S117/All Age Continuing Care.
• Strong CPD and professional development.
• Understanding health and care policies in ICBS and engagement implications.
• Awareness of relationships with County Council and NHSE.
• Registration with a relevant professional body.
• NMC/other registration if applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Support budget management for the Head LDA/MHS117 Service and ensure expenditure control.
• Communicate highly complex information to patients, families, carers and other organisations.
• Develop and deliver joint training with Local Authority on S117 Aftercare and LD/Autism.
• Develop measures to promote patient-centred care, clinical quality, safety and value.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and participate in multi-agency meetings.
• Ensure service complies with professional, regulatory and statutory standards.
