Surrey and Sussex ICBis seeking an executive leader to head the Learning Disability, Autism Programme and Mental Health S117. You will guide the LD/Autism portfolio, oversee performance measurement, and report to senior management and boards.

This role requires strategic leadership across NHS ICS partnerships and local authorities. You will ensure timely, cost-effective pathway transformations, align with national guidelines, and provide expert guidance to health and social care colleagues.

Competenze

• Master’s level education or equivalent senior experience.
• Extensive knowledge of health and social care policy and NHS/ICS structures.
• Experience in change management within health and social care.
• Proven ability to lead complex transformation programmes.

Mansioni

• Lead the LD/Autism Programme and S117 team.
