Job summary

Dexory is seeking an experienced Solution Implementation Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution of complex customer deployments. You will ensure smooth deployment of technology and business solutions, delivering on scope, schedule, and quality while providing an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in solution deployment or IT implementations.
• Proven track record managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Knowledge of deployment methodologies, system integration or release management best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex solution deployments from scoping to stabilization.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, Client Ops, Sales and Customer Success.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans with timelines and resources.
• Identify and manage risks and dependencies; escalate as needed to protect outcomes.
• Ensure workstreams meet Dexory’s quality, speed, reliability, and compliance standards.
• Act as central point of coordination for stakeholders and leadership with clear ownership.
• Capture learnings from deployments to improve tools and processes.
