Job summary

Dexory is scaling rapidly and seeks an experienced Solution Implementation Project Manager to lead planning, coordination and execution of complex deployments across Dexory and customer environments.

You will own end-to-end delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, develop detailed plans, manage risks, and ensure quality, schedule and budget while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in solution deployment, IT implementations, or enterprise software rollouts.
• Proven track record managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of deployment methodologies, system integration or release management best practices.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Google Suite, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of Dexory’s complex solution deployments.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, Client Operations, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans accounting for technical and operational complexity.
• Proactively identify and manage risks and dependencies, escalating as needed.
• Ensure all workstreams adhere to Dexory’s standards for quality, speed, reliability, and compliance.
• Act as the central point of coordination and communication for internal stakeholders and leadership.
