Job summary

Belkin in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a Head of Planning to lead Demand and Supply Planning for the EMEA region and manage the S&OP process. You will drive accurate forecasts to balance inventory with sales, working with cross-functional partners to maximize fill rates while minimizing days of supply.

You will mentor planners, use planning tools to improve forecast accuracy, and ensure alignment with Sales, PM, Finance, and Global Planning.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Demand and Supply Planning across international portfolios.
• Experience leading a small team to deliver KPI targets and align with internal clients.
• Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Business English proficiency; additional languages advantageous.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle, and planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Planning Team to drive operational excellence and meet regional/global KPIs.
• Oversee demand and supply planning for product groups and manage signals and forecasts.
• Collaborate with Sales, PM, Finance and Logistics to align forecasts and launches.
• Own EMEA S&OP process and optimize inventory, reducing obsolescence and stockouts.
• Perform root-cause analysis for stock issues and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
