Job summary

New Balance is seeking an EMEA Demand Planner to own the regional demand plan, developing forecasts by category and item. You will drive accuracy, collaborate across functions, and support S&OP processes to align inventory and business goals.

You will analyse historical shipments and sell-through data, providing insights to improve forecast quality and revenue. Hybrid role with on-site requirements in the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• University degree with relevant experience in demand or sales planning.
• Strong analytical, forecasting and scenario modelling skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and data tools; excellent communication.
• Experience with D365, o9 and Spotfire is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop the regional demand forecast at item level for designated categories.
• Own forecast accuracy and drive improvements towards MAPe targets.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Sales, Finance and Inventory Planning.
• Lead S&OP activities and participate in regional consensus meetings.
• Summarise scenario plans and communicate assumptions to stakeholders.
