Highland Spring Group, the UK's leading producer of natural source water, is seeking an experienced Demand Manager to join our Supply Chain team at the Ochils site in Blackford.

Reporting to the Group Supply Chain Manager, you will own demand planning across customers, products and sales channels, drive the monthly S&OP process, monitor forecast accuracy, and provide insights to support production, capacity and inventory decisions.

Formación

• Experience in demand planning or forecasting, ideally in FMCG or manufacturing.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to work with complex data to identify trends.
• Knowledge of statistical forecasting techniques, forecast accuracy and bias.
• Experience using demand planning systems and reporting tools.
• Understanding of promotions, product launches and market activity.

Responsabilidades

• Taking ownership of demand planning across customers, products and sales channels.
• Working with commercial teams to understand customer requirements, promotions and market trends.
• Leading the demand review as part of the monthly S&OP process.
• Monitoring forecast accuracy and identifying opportunities to improve planning.
• Providing insight into demand trends, risks and opportunities for wider supply chain decisions.
• Supporting new product launches and longer-term planning through analysis.
• Reviewing and improving planning systems, reporting and ways of working.
