Job summary

Highland Spring Limited is hiring an experienced Project Manager – Engineering & Capital Projects to lead capital investment initiatives across the group. Based at The Ochils in Blackford, with travel to other sites, the role is 37.5 hours per week with milestones and commissioning phases in scope.

You will report to the Group Engineering & Projects Manager and drive projects from concept through procurement, installation, commissioning and handover, ensuring safety, cost, schedule and quality

Qualifications

• Experience delivering capital investment projects in manufacturing/FMCG.
• Strong planning and controls experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Degree in Engineering, Construction or Project Management; APM/PRINCE2/PMP or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects through the full project lifecycle.
• Develop project plans, milestones, budgets, forecasts and schedules.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and change controls.
• Coordinate teams across Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Quality, Finance and HSE.
• Manage consultants, contractors, OEMs, suppliers and delivery partners.
• Support site installation, commissioning and handover.
• Resolve delivery challenges balancing safety, quality, cost and priorities.
