Job summary

Highland Spring Group is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead the day-to-day execution and performance of our logistics network from our Scottish base. You will own relationships with 3PL warehouse partners, manage logistics costs and drive continuous improvement across inbound and outbound operations, stock accuracy and service performance.

Qualifications

• Experience within logistics, warehousing or 3PL management within FMCG/manufacturing or high-volume environments.
• Experience commissioning or starting up warehouse operations.
• Experience leading warehouse transitions or transfers, inbound and outbound operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3PL warehouse partners with clear KPIs and actions.
• Manage logistics costs, storage, handling, fuel and charges to improve utilisation.
• Lead commissioning/start-up of new or changed warehouse operations and transitions.
• Plan and manage stock transfers, systems cutover and customer migrations.
• Ensure stock accuracy and OTIF performance across the external logistics network.
• Provide reporting on service, cost, stock, capacity, risks and actions.
• Lead and develop the Logistics team and drive continuous improvement.
