Job summary

THG Labs in Trowbridge seeks a proactive Demand Planner to manage forecasting and demand planning for a portfolio of customers. You will develop forecasts across multiple time horizons, lead planning conversations with customers, and support product lifecycle decisions with data-driven insights.

You will use forecasting tools, maintain dashboards, and collaborate closely with sales and product teams to ensure accurate, timely forecasts and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, Supply Chain or a similar analytical role.
• High numerical and analytical skills with ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Experience using forecasting, planning or ERP systems.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Logical and proactive problem-solver.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions.
• Interest in leveraging AI and technology to drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons as part of a demand planning function.
• Lead the planning process with customers to understand demand forecast drivers.
• Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data and evaluate results.
• Prepare the Demand Dashboard, including Revenue and KPI performance for the monthly S&OP Process.
• Provide insights to support the product lifecycle for new products and phase-outs.
• Use and maintain the Demand Planning software and ensure correct product hierarchy.
• Prepare and maintain reports pertaining to demand planning processes.
• Interact with sales and product teams to ensure current and accurate forecast data.
• Communicate effectively with teams and managers.
• Support health and safety compliance and company policies.
