Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills and experience in planning, with a proactive approach to data integrity, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Analytical capabilities and experience in planning are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends and business insights.
• Analyse forecast performance, identify variances and trends, and implement corrective actions to improve accuracy.
• Collect and validate data from multiple sources to ensure forecasting systems, reports and planning information are reliable.
• Collaborate with Category Managers and Supply Planning teams to build consensus forecasts and communicate updates.
• Produce actionable reports and present demand insights to stakeholders while driving process improvement.
