Job summary

Saucony is seeking a Demand Planner to develop and review demand forecasts up to 18 months, aligning them with revenue and cross-functional plans. The role emphasizes maximizing revenue and minimizing risk through data analytics and improved forecasting processes.

You will collaborate with Product, Sales and Finance to ensure seasonal launches align with brand strategy, and work with Inventory Planning to adapt to demand changes and capacity constraints.

Qualifications

• 4-year bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years’ experience in demand planning, trend forecasting, statistical modelling, data analysis or business planning.
• Strong MS Excel skills: advanced formulas and reporting.
• Experience with BI tools; SQL and MS Access or similar databases preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product, Sales and Finance to align demand with launches.
• Bridge forecast with production and inventory strategies across teams.
• Develop material-level demand forecasts using sales, revenue, and trends.
• Review historical data and seasonality to forecast future demand.
• Participate in monthly alignment meetings to reconcile demand with plans.
• Inform inventory and supply planning of anticipated demand changes.
