Job summary

Revlon is seeking a proactive Demand Planner to join the Supply Chain team on a 9-12 month maternity cover. You will develop accurate short-, medium- and long-term forecasts, collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Finance, and drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy and service levels.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to manage launches, promotions, and pipeline requirements while maintaining demand planning systems and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years' experience within Supply Chain, including at least 2 years in Demand Planning.
• Experience working with forecasting and planning systems such as SAP, APO, Manugistics, or similar.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong data analysis capability.

Responsibilities

• Generate monthly forecasts for the medium to long-term planning horizon (up to 18 months).
• Maintain weekly demand forecasts for the short-term planning horizon (2-3 months).
• Build consensus forecasts by inputting Sales, Marketing and Finance data.
• Use statistical forecasting models to improve forecast reliability.
• Monitor and report key metrics like forecast accuracy and inventory performance.
