Saucony is seeking a Demand Planner to develop and review demand forecasts up to 18 months, aligning them with revenue and cross-functional plans. The role emphasizes maximizing revenue and minimizing risk through data analytics and improved forecasting processes.
You will collaborate with Product, Sales and Finance to ensure seasonal launches align with brand strategy, and work with Inventory Planning to adapt to demand changes and capacity constraints.
At Saucony, we exist at the intersection of culture and performance. While our history is rooted in the run, our future is defined by movement in all its forms. We don't just make shoes; we build the breakthroughs that move the industry forward and the styles that define the cultural conversation.
We’re a team that puts excellence first, and the experts agree. Recently, Fast Company named Saucony one of the Most Innovative Companies in the world, specifically honoring our IncrediRUN Foam as a major leap forward in footwear tech. Our reach extends from the track to the street, whether it's the Speed 5 being named “Best Overall” by WIRED or our iconic Shadow 5000 winning the Shop TODAY Sneaker Awards, we are consistently recognized as the gold standard for both performance and style.
We are looking to hire a Demand Planner to the team. The Demand Planner is responsible for developing, reviewing and updating demand forecasts to the 18-month horizon as part of the integrated business planning cycle. This role will be able to reconcile Demand Plan to revenue at each level, with focus on maximizing revenue/profitability and minimizing risk; and work with cross functional partners, to make continuous improvement of the demand signal.
The role will continue to push forward data analytics, reporting and business tools; and contribute to ad-hoc projects as needed.
