Job summary

Jellycat Toy Co. Ltd. is seeking a Demand Planner to own the end-to-end forecast for a defined channel or region and to publish accurate 18‑month rolling forecasts.

You will monitor forecast performance, identify demand trends and align plans with commercial and financial targets. Joining the Demand Planning team, you will translate market activity into forecasts, challenge assumptions, and support S&OP with clear insights.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Demand Planning or Forecasting.
• Experience in managing complex demand forecasts across multiple products/markets.
• Advanced Excel skills and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end demand forecast for defined channel/region/product portfolio.
• Create, analyse and publish 18-month rolling forecasts.
• Monitor forecast performance and drive forecast accuracy improvements.
• Identify demand trends, risks and opportunities through data analysis.
• Partner with commercial, finance and supply chain to align forecasts with plans.
• Support S&OP with insights and recommendations.
• Translate activity and market intelligence into forecasts.
• Provide regular reporting to support management decisions.
