We focus on creating products that improve everyday life through strong brands, consumer insight and innovation.

The EMEA Senior Demand Planner will own the end-to-end demand planning process for assigned markets, categories and customers across the HPC Division, developing accurate unconstrained statistical and collaborative forecasts using multiple data sources, business intelligence and commercial insight.

Using SAP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP, Excel and Power BI, you’ll provide clear insight through forecasting, reporting and KPI analysis, while supporting wider planning projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Analyse forecast accuracy, bias and service performance, driving root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Identify and implement improvements to forecasting methodologies, systems and planning processes.
  • Coach and mentor Demand Planners, sharing best practice and supporting onboarding and development.
  • Deputise for the Demand Planning Manager when required.
