Reapit is seeking a heavyweight Senior Enterprise Project Manager to lead a complex, large-scale customer transformation. You will own end-to-end delivery, coordinating product deployment, integrations, data migration and business process change from discovery through to transition.

You will manage multiple workstreams, drive governance, and provide executive-level assurance. A strong background in large-scale programmes and vendor coordination is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience leading enterprise software implementations.
• 5+ years leading programmes or major multi-workstream projects, not single projects.
• Budgets or contract values in the £5M-£50m+ range.
• Experience with large, complex transformations across multiple workstreams.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end delivery of a major enterprise software implementation.
• Lead multiple interdependent workstreams including product deployment, integrations and data migration.
• Translate complex requirements into a coherent delivery strategy with product, engineering and customer teams.
• Chair programme boards and executive steering committees with delivery health, budget and risk reporting.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and maintain integrated programme governance.
