Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions is seeking an experienced Change Project Manager to lead complex, often technical, change programs using Agile and Waterfall methods. You will manage end-to-end delivery, from initiation to transition to BAU, ensuring quality, on-time results and profitability.

This role focuses on service delivery, commercial management, and compliance with ISO standards, while driving continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement across client projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in full lifecycle project delivery.
• Skilled in both Agile and Waterfall methods.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent documentation, organisation, and time management.
• Process-oriented with attention to structured delivery and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple, complex change projects from initiation to transition to BAU.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and scope.
• Clarify client requirements; document requirements, user stories, and process maps.
• Coordinate teams and delivery approaches; ensure timely reporting to stakeholders.
• Oversee risk, issue, and dependency management for readiness and implementation.
• Create accurate quotes and manage project costs to maintain profitability.
