Job summary

Ebury is seeking a Sales Lead for Defence in London, onsite at Victoria. You will pioneer strategic originations, architect tailored hedging and treasury solutions, and navigate C-suite stakeholders to secure long-term contracts.

You will mentor others on the sales floor, drive a data-driven pipeline in Salesforce, and shape sector strategy with product teams, delivering market-leading outcomes for a global fintech audience.

Qualifications

• Experience selling complex FX hedging and treasury solutions to large organisations.
• Proven track record in strategic origination and high-value deal closure.
• Strong ability to navigate CFOs and finance leadership.
• Experience in Defence/aerospace sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Origination: Identify and onboard Tier-1 prospects within the Defence and Aerospace sectors.
• Solution Architecting: Sell complex FX hedging strategies, cash management, and supplier payment financing for long-cycle contracts.
• C-Suite Navigation: Build high-level relationships with CFOs, Treasurers, and Finance Directors.
• Sector Advocacy: Provide feedback to Product teams to keep the roadmap best-in-class for Defence.
• Excellence in Execution: Maintain a rigorous Salesforce-driven pipeline and data-driven relationship management.
