Job summary

Ebury in London seeks a Client Solution & Product Manager for Maritime FX to drive the growth of our maritime partnerships. You will shape product vision, roadmap, and collaborate with Engineering, Data, Sales, Risk and Dealing to deliver treasury solutions.

You will build on FX derivatives, cash management, and cross-border financial services knowledge to inform product strategy and competitive positioning, with a hands-on, results-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Experience with treasury products such as FX derivatives and cash management.
• Background in Shipping or cross-border financial services.
• Knowledge of financial markets technology stacks used in treasury/asset management.
• Familiarity with Fintech Treasury Management Systems.
• Experience with cash management products (money market funds, deposits, cash pooling).

Responsibilities

• Identify and define biggest treasury problems for the maritime space.
• Solve problems through technology, analytics, product and operations.
• Define product vision, strategy and roadmap with cross-functional alignment.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Sales, Risk, Operations and Dealing.
• Identify high-impact opportunities in FX, derivatives, interest income and regional growth.
• Gather requirements from clients and internal teams; translate to epics and user stories.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform the product roadmap.
• Develop and maintain deep understanding of treasury management workflows.

Client Solution & Product Manager - Maritime FX

Ebury London - Office based

We're looking for a Client Solution & Product Manager to fuel the growth of our Maritime Partnerships business. This role is a unique opportunity to have an impact in helping expand Ebury's fastest growing client segment and provide products and solutions to solve their treasury needs. The role reports to the Global Head of Partnerships.

What you'll do:

• You will help to discover the biggest treasury problems and opportunities for the shipping space.
• You will solve these problems through technology, analytics, product and operations.
• You will define a product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning cross-functional teams and stakeholders towards a common goal.
• You will operate as part of a cross functional team including Engineering, Data, Sales, Risk, Operations and Dealing.
• You will identify high impact opportunities in FX, Derivatives, Interest income and regional growth.
• You will collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients & prospective clients to define requirements, epics, and user stories, ensuring alignment and successful product outcomes.
• You will maintain a strong understanding of the market and conduct competitor analysis for product offering, functionality, pricing to inform development of the product roadmap.
• You will develop and maintain a deep understanding of treasury management and legal technology workflows.

What you'll need:

- Domain Understanding

• Experience with Treasury products such as FX derivatives, Interest rate derivatives, and cash management.
• Proven background in the Shipping industry or Cross-Border Financial Services.
• Knowledge of financial markets technology stacks, for example: treasury management, asset management, banks or scale up fintechs.
• Familiar with Fintech Treasury Management Systems.
• Experience with cash management products and solutions such as money market funds, deposit optimisation, and cash pooling.

- Product Management Excellence

• Multiple years of product building experience, either product or operations leader in a hands on role.
• Strong individual contributor, willing to get your hands dirty and build product yourself.
• Have built roadmaps for teams finding a path from uncertainty/chaos to clarity.
• Has experience of getting to grips with established systems and processes. And identifying the optimal improvements and the pathway.
• Has experience of building both in-house services and integrating with third party systems.
• Experience in developing and executing product strategies that involve financial systems or regulations.

- Leadership

• Flexible in approach and comfortable taking a hands‑on approach and "rolling up your sleeves" when necessary.
• Enthusiastic about learning new skills to unblock yourself and your team.
• Analytically-minded, can clearly frame problems, articulate hypotheses and solutions, measure them and has used the tools to be able to do this.
• Capable of communicating well to a wide audience.
• Proven ability to translate financial requirements into product specifications.
