Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a dynamic Corporate Sales Engineer to join our expanding team in Reading. You will blend hands-on technical work with strategic projects, supporting teammates and driving cybersecurity innovations.

This role leverages your Falcon Platform expertise and experience in incident response to tailor solutions for customers. As part of the Corporate Sales Engineering group, you will contribute to hiring, onboard new teammates, and enablement sessions for customers and channel

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of the Falcon Platform and broader security landscape.
• Solid understanding of incident response, malware analysis, forensics, or security analytics.
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills; able to convey complex info clearly.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to team growth by participating in hiring and onboarding processes
• Support the Value Selling Sales play, including TDDs, Success Criteria, POVs, RFIs, RFPs, and Objection Handling
• Conduct competitive research and address customer objections while contributing to product roadmap discussions
• Drive innovation in processes, tools, and approaches to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Deliver enablement sessions for internal teams, channel resellers, prospects, and customers
• Mentor junior Sales Engineers and foster their technical and soft skills development
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including POV Frameworks and demo scripts
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product Management on feature tracking and enhancements
• Architect and demonstrate complex technical solutions tailored to customer needs
