Job summary

CrowdStrike, a global leader in cybersecurity, seeks a Corporate SE Manager in Reading to lead and develop a high-performance pre-sales team. You will drive technical leadership during complex sales cycles and align security solutions with customer needs.

The role requires deep security architecture knowledge, executive presence, and the ability to scale teams while partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Partners to accelerate revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience in cybersecurity.
• 3+ years of people management experience, including remote teams.
• Deep understanding of enterprise security architecture and threat landscape.
• Proven track record of driving complex technical sales cycles.
• Experience with security tools, malware analysis, and threat detection.
• Strong executive presence and presentation skills.
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Direct line management of Corporate SE team, including performance reviews, coaching, and professional development.
• Drive team success through strategic resource allocation and goal setting.
• Establish and maintain team KPIs aligned with company objectives.
• Implement and optimize team processes and methodologies.
• Nurture and develop a collaborative environment.
• Guide complex technical sales cycles and PoV evaluations.
• Develop and execute technical sales strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Oversee technical training programs for sales staff and partners.
• Synergize with Marketing for delivering impactful campaigns.
• Scale our sales specialists teams as a multiplier force.
• Drive technical solution design and architecture discussions.
• Ensure customer success through pre-sales technical support.
• Build and maintain strategic partner relationships.
• Represent CrowdStrike at industry events and executive meetings.
