Job summary

Sysco GB in the UK is looking for a Customer Supply Planning Manager to join our Supply Chain and Operations team on a permanent basis. You will work closely with key customers, sales teams and suppliers to manage demand changes, improve forecasting accuracy and minimise supply chain risk, in a hybrid role based at our Ashford office.

You will analyse forecasts, support customer-driven supply changes, and drive waste reduction.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Experience in a supply chain position.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience analysing data and forecasts.
• Proficient in MS Office; ERP systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to gather forecasting insights for demand events.
• Analyse and validate customer forecasts and communicate risks across the network.
• Support management of customer-driven supply changes with internal teams.
• Identify wastage risks and minimise waste.
• Ensure discontinued products are removed from supply chain on time.
• Build relationships with internal sales teams to gather intelligence.
• Provide feedback on forecast quality to customers and sales.
• Conduct post-event reviews on forecast accuracy.
• Champion stock clearance processes and reduce waste.
• Support wider supply chain projects and improvements.
