Job summary

Danone is seeking a Demand Planning Manager in the UK to own the customer- and SKU-level forecast via the S&OP process. You will convert data and market insights into a robust demand plan, challenging assumptions and driving improvements in forecast accuracy, service and waste.

This 1-year fixed-term contract sits at the heart of our supply chain and requires close collaboration with Commercial, Marketing and Operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with S&OP processes and cross-functional decision-making.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actions.
• Knowledge of statistical forecasting; machine-learning experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain 18-month demand forecasts by customer and SKU.
• Lead monthly cross-functional demand reviews and actions.
• Run forecasting models and scenario planning to identify risks and opportunities.
• Monitor new product performance and adjust forecasts accordingly.
