Job summary

Good Egg Recruitment Ltd in Coventry is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to take ownership of an allocated product portfolio, forecast demand, optimise inventory and support replenishment in a busy distribution and manufacturing environment.

You will use Slim4 and ERP systems, working closely with suppliers and internal teams to maintain accuracy, prevent stockouts and improve service levels across the supply chain.

Qualifications

Coventry | Distributor / Manufacturing Business

Are you a proactive, analytical planner who enjoys balancing customer demand, supplier performance and stock availability? We’re looking for an experienced Supply Chain Planner to join our client in Coventry. This is a full-time office based role paying circa £40k - £50k doe plus benefits.

You will be taking ownership of an allocated product, supplier or business portfolio within a busy distribution and manufacturing environment. You’ll have the opportunity to take real ownership of your portfolio, work collaboratively across the business and contribute directly to product availability, inventory performance and customer satisfaction.

Using Slim4 (planning tool) and ERP systems, you’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate forecasts, optimising inventory, supporting replenishment and ensuring the right products are available at the right time. Working closely with suppliers and internal teams, you’ll identify potential supply issues early, make informed planning decisions and help drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.
