Job summary

Tradeteam, DHL Supply Chain's drinks logistics unit, is seeking a Customer Partnership Director to own a portfolio of strategic partnerships and shape future growth.

You'll align customer ambition with DHL capabilities, lead cross-functional teams, and pursue new services beyond current contracts to unlock sustainable value.

This role requires senior stakeholder engagement, industry representation, and building a high-performing team to support Tradeteam's ambitions.

Qualifications

• Think beyond the immediate customer relationship to turn market insight and DHL capability into long-term strategy.
• Demonstrate strong commercial judgement with experience of revenue, profitability, contracts and complex commercial decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction of major customer partnerships with measurable commercial and operational outcomes.
• Engage senior customer stakeholders to understand priorities and shape solutions for long-term growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver a unified approach across complex supply chains.
• Review revenue, cost and profitability performance, identify risks and opportunities, and strengthen account value.
• Identify new services and strategic partnerships to unlock sustainable growth.
• Lead governance conversations using data to maintain accountability and accelerate decisions.
• Represent Tradeteam in the UK & Ireland drinks, brewery and hospitality sector at events and forums.
• Inspire and develop a high-performing team to support Tradeteam's future ambitions.
