Carlsberg Britvic is recruiting for a Customer Marketing Controller – Pureplay, VR and Portfolio to join our Off Trade Customer Marketing team in Hemel Hempstead. This senior role shapes shopper marketing strategy and annual plans, driving end-to-end development of the total drinks portfolio plan for one of the fastest growing channels.

• Extensive Customer Marketing experience delivering customer-led strategies that drive growth.
• Experience bringing brand, innovation and portfolio initiatives to life across key customers and channels.
• Experience delivering customer marketing programmes across a diverse customer base in FMCG/consumer-focused environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with category understanding and ability to translate insight into action.

Responsibilities

• Define and shape the Customer Marketing strategy, delivering high-quality shopper experiences that build growth across our beer and soft drinks portfolio.
• Own the end-to-end Customer Marketing agenda, translating long-term strategy into high-impact annual activation plans.
• Develop and execute integrated in-store and online campaigns that increase visibility, engagement, conversion and loyalty.
• Execute portfolio activation across all channels, ensuring activity is aligned to brand ambitions, customer priorities and commercial objectives.
• Build effective relationships with key customers, identifying growth opportunities through retailer strategies and market insight.
• Deliver compelling customer sell-in programmes that secure engagement and maximise the impact of activations.
• Measure, evaluate and optimise performance using data and insight to improve effectiveness and ROI.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across Commercial, Brand and Marketing to create joined-up, customer-centric plans.
• Deliver impactful trade engagement through customer events, communications, PR and external-facing initiatives.
• Inspire, coach and develop a collaborative Customer Marketing team, promoting a culture of quality, collaboration and continuous improvement.
