Carlsberg Britvic is recruiting a Customer Marketing Controller – Pureplay, VR and Portfolio to lead shopper marketing strategy and annual plans within the Off Trade team. The role shapes the total drinks portfolio plan, coordinating cross-functional input and engaging senior stakeholders for delivery success.

The position demands extensive customer marketing experience, strategic thinking and strong leadership, with a focus on driving growth across beer and soft drinks brands.

Qualifications

• Extensive Customer Marketing experience across beer and soft drinks.
• Proven track record of developing and executing multi-channel campaigns.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and stakeholder management.
• Strong financial acumen and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Define and shape the Customer Marketing strategy, delivering high-quality shopper experiences.
• Own the end-to-end Customer Marketing agenda, translating long-term strategy into activation plans.
• Develop and execute integrated in-store and online campaigns to boost visibility and loyalty.
• Execute portfolio activation across channels aligned to brand ambitions and commercial objectives.
• Build relationships with key customers and identify growth opportunities via retailer strategies.
• Deliver customer sell-in programmes to maximise activation impact.
• Measure performance using data and insights to improve ROI.
