• Strong understanding of UK accounting standards.
• Advanced proficiency in SAGE Accounting and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders including senior leadership.
• Lead on debt reviews and prepare related dashboards and materials.
• Visit customer sites with other stakeholders as needed.
• Analyse large data sets and provide supporting materials for reviews.
• Ensure debt collection activity aligns with payment terms and regulatory requirements.
• Investigate and resolve complaints within agreed timescales.
