Job summary

ABM UK is seeking a COUPA Procurement Administrator / Supplier Enablement Lead in Heathrow. The role coordinates supplier enablement, catalogue management and data governance between Oracle, COUPA, and the Global COUPA team, reporting to Procurement Director.

You’ll manage supplier onboarding, catalogue setups, testing, and production promotions while liaising with Procurement, IT, Ops, and US teams. Competitive salary and UK benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement and supplier enablement.
• Experience with hosted/punch-out catalogues.
• Knowledge of COUPA and Oracle systems.
• Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Procurement, IT and Operations.
• Strong data governance and data accuracy focus.

Responsibilities

• Identify suppliers suitable for hosted or punch-out catalogues.
• Support supplier onboarding/offboarding in Oracle and monitor data flow to COUPA.
• Validate supplier data and reporting accuracy.
• Raise ServiceNow tickets for interface or system issues.
• Coordinate catalogue development and integration with IT and US teams.
• Maintain governance logs and supplier content group structures.
• Provide reporting and data analytics support to Procurement and Operations.
