Job summary

BarnesWORX Community seeks a seasoned Project/Program Manager to lead a global Coupa deployment across Barnes Aerospace’s operations. You will coordinate finance, IT, procurement, and site leaders to standardize procure-to-pay processes while accommodating local regulatory needs.

The role is a 9-month project, location flexible to US or UK, including remote work. Travel internationally may be required as projects progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7+ years of project or program management experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading full-cycle global Coupa implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Coupa implementation from planning through go-live and handoff.
• Manage scope, timeline, budget, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, and exec reporting.
• Facilitate design workshops to standardize processes and manage local variations.
