Job summary

ABM UK at Heathrow is seeking a COUPA Procurement Administrator / Supplier Enablement Lead to bridge Procurement, IT and the Global COUPA team, ensuring smooth supplier integration and data governance between Oracle and COUPA.

You will manage supplier onboarding, catalogue enablement, testing, content group governance, and reports, with responsibility for data accuracy and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, supplier enablement, procurement operations, or systems administration.
• Experience supporting supplier onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Experience managing or supporting hosted and punch-out catalogues.
• Working knowledge of COUPA or a similar procurement platform.
• Working knowledge of Oracle or a similar ERP system.
• Experience using ServiceNow or a similar ticketing system.
• Experience validating supplier data, reporting, and data accuracy.
• Experience working across Procurement, IT, Operations, and external suppliers.
• Experience coordinating testing, issue resolution, and promotion to production.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage trackers, governance logs, and multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to document processes and support user or supplier training.

Responsibilities

• Supplier Management: onboarding/offboarding; data flow to COUPA; data validation.
• Supplier Enablement & Catalogue Management: identify hosted or punch-out catalogues; coordinate setup and communication.
• Catalogue Development: hosted catalogue upload; punch-out integration with IT/U.S. team.
• Testing & Approval: test catalogue functions; raise tickets; promote to production.
• Content Group Governance: manage UK content groups; update ship-to addresses; governance log.
• Ongoing Maintenance: review catalogue performance; deactivate inactive suppliers; support reporting and training.
