Qualifications

• Proven experience in cost management, cost engineering or project controls on major infrastructure/transport projects.
• Strong understanding of cost governance and control systems on complex programmes.
• Experience with industry tools such as Deltek Cobra, Congruent or Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost management and cost engineering activities on major infrastructure and transportation projects.
• Act as trusted advisor to clients delivering best-practice project controls solutions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across project management, risk, planning and commercial disciplines.
• Support development and implementation of innovative digital cost management solutions.
• Promote continuous improvement, standardisation and best practice across project controls functions.
• Contribute to Arcadis' global Project & Programme Controls community.
