Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage information barriers and conflicts of interest across the business.
• Maintain and update the Watch and Restricted Lists.
• Review institutional research and internal communications.
• Contribute to regulatory and legal change initiatives.
• Participate in global Control Room projects and risk governance forums.
• Liaise regularly with stakeholders across Compliance, Risk and Business units.
