Job description

Our Client, a leading NOMAD firm, are looking for a talented Compliance Analyst to join their team to assist in the delivery of an efficient and smooth functioning control room, through an ability to manage volume whilst also applying critical thinking and proactive follow-up. This role supports the delivery of an effective second line of defence and the delivery of the Compliance Plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the management of insider lists and market sounding processes including maintaining insider lists; assist with market sounding approvals and logging; and preparing relevant MI.
  • Assist with transaction and conflict clearance processes
  • Support with running central compliance activities including Personal Account Dealing; conflicts of interest; and daily market disclosures.
Key Requirements:
  • Knowledge of the regulatory compliance space, ideally within the investment banking / broking sector.
  • Awareness of the UK regulatory framework including AML regulations; Market Abuse; and Bribery Act.

This is a permanent role based in London, offering a hybrid working arrangement.
