Taylor Higson is seeking an experienced Contract Manager / Business Development professional to lead a new business strategy for major client partnerships. The role focuses on identifying and winning long-term, strategic contracts, targeting multi-site organisations with deal values typically between £1m and £3m.

You will work with a lead generation partner, shape prospecting and qualification, and engage senior stakeholders to deliver tailored, high-value solutions. Hybrid UK-based role.

Qualifications

• Experience winning significant B2B contracts.
• Background in print management, marketing services or print manufacturing with multiple product lines.

Responsibilities

• Develop new relationships with multi-site organisations and convert them into strategic contracted accounts.
• Oversee lead generation partner activities: identify markets, shape prospecting, qualify opportunities, analyse engagement, turn conversations into opportunities.
• Engage with senior-level decision makers across complex sales processes.
• Lead opportunities from initial discussion through proposal, negotiation and contract win.
