Zurich Insurance is seeking a Senior Compliance Business Partner to join the Advisory Services team. The role integrates into a hybrid model with 2 days per week in Swindon/London and can be part-time, job-share or full-time.

You will shape decisions, deliver proactive compliance insight, and ensure alignment with regulatory expectations while maintaining second-line independence. The role emphasizes strategic advisory work and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Be the Primary Compliance Business Partner: build trusted relationships with senior managers and provide proactive guidance.
• Bring Enterprise Insight: understand MFU priorities and customer journeys to anticipate compliance risks.
• Champion Compliance Standards: apply FCA expectations and Zurich's Risk Universe in guidance.
• Shape the House View position: collaborate with SMEs to develop clear compliance positions on issues.
• Deliver Decision Ready Compliance Advice: produce written notes with options and recommendations.
• Role Model Collaboration: support peers and promote One Compliance across groups.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: identify opportunities to improve methodologies and processes.
