You will influence decisions, frame trade-offs, and ensure compliance requirements are clearly understood and embedded across the business. The role supports flexible working arrangements and a collaborative, One Compliance approach.

Qualifications

• Experienced financial services professional with strong compliance and regulatory risk management background.
• Ability to influence, challenge, and advise senior stakeholders with independence and credibility.
• Experience translating regulatory requirements into practical business guidance.

Responsibilities

• Be the Primary Compliance Business Partner for senior managers within the MFU.
• Provide proactive compliance insight and decision-ready guidance to shape business solutions.
• Explain FCA expectations and Zurich risk appetite, offering proportionate advice.
• Collaborate with SMEs to develop consistent, end-to-end compliance positions on issues.
• Deliver clear, concise written advice notes for governance forums.
