Zurich Life is seeking a Senior Compliance Business Partner to join the Advisory Services team in Swindon. You will shape decisions, deliver insight-led compliance support, and help embed a proactive, second-line voice within the Life Market Facing Unit.

Reporting to the Head of Compliance, Consulting and Financial Crime, you will build trusted relationships with senior managers, provide decision-ready guidance on FCA rules, drive continuous improvement, and champion sustainable, commercially

Responsibilities

• Be the Primary Compliance Business Partner: build trusted relationships with senior Life MFU managers, providing proactive insight and decision-ready guidance.
• Bring Enterprise Insight: understand Life MFU priorities, enabling you to anticipate compliance risks and shape solutions for safe, sustainable growth.
• Champion Compliance Standards: help Life MFU apply Zurich’s Compliance Risk Universe and FCA expectations, offering proportionate guidance.
• Shape the ‘House View’ Position: work with SMEs to develop clear, consistent Compliance positions on emerging issues.
• Deliver Decision Ready Compliance Advice: produce concise written notes for senior stakeholders that articulate options and recommendations.
• Role Model Collaboration: demonstrate Collaborative, Curious and Confident behaviours, coach juniors and work with Group functions.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: identify and implement opportunities to improve methodologies and processes in advisory services.
