Job summary

Zurich 56 Company Ltd is seeking a Senior Compliance Business Partner for our Life Market Facing Unit. The role is hybrid with 2 days per week in Swindon and supports a flexible working arrangement including part-time or job-share options.

You will report to the Head of Compliance, Consulting and Financial Crime and lead advisory activities, providing proactive compliance insight and authoritative guidance to senior managers across the Life MFU.

Qualifications

• Senior Compliance professional with experience in financial services.
• Strong advisory or compliance background and strategic mindset.
• Ability to build relationships with senior managers.
• Experience in regulatory risk management and FCA rules.

Responsibilities

• Be the Primary Compliance Business Partner across the Life MFU, providing proactive insight and decision-ready guidance.
• Develop deep understanding of Life MFU priorities to anticipate compliance risks and shape solutions.
• Champion Compliance standards, applying FCA expectations and Zurich's Risk Universe in guidance.
• Produce clear written Advice Notes for senior stakeholders and governance forums.
