Job summary

Sokin is hiring a Compensation & Benefits Manager in London. You will partner with Finance, including CFO and Head of FP&A, to ensure reward decisions are commercially sound and financially sustainable.

The role spans salary governance, equity plans, budgeting, and cost reporting, aligning with a fast-growing fintech scale-up. The position requires strong analytical skills, expert modelling, and experience running annual pay reviews.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in compensation and benefits or related HR analytics role.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with advanced Excel/Sheets.
• Hands-on salary benchmarking using tools (Radford, Mercer, Korn Ferry, WTW).
• Solid knowledge of employment, tax, and benefits regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain salary structures, job levels, and pay bands using market data.
• Lead annual salary review, bonus, and equity/long-term incentive cycles.
• Advise managers on offers, promotions, and pay adjustments.
• Run job evaluation and leveling to ensure internal equity.
• Conduct pay equity analysis and gender/ethnicity reporting when required.
• Partner with Finance to forecast costs and budgeting for reward.
• Create dashboards and reporting on compensation costs and benefits.
