Job summary

Sokin is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Manager in London to lead salary structures, pay reviews, bonuses, and equity planning. The role partners with Finance, including CFO and FP&A, to ensure commercially sound and sustainable reward decisions.

You will manage benefits portfolios, governance, analytics, and multi-country considerations. The role requires extensive experience in compensation and benefits, strong modelling skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with executives.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in compensation and benefits, reward, or a related HR analytics role
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with advanced Excel/Google Sheets
• Hands-on experience with salary benchmarking tools and surveys
• Knowledge of employment, tax, and benefits regulations in relevant jurisdictions
• Experience running an annual pay review cycle end to end
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics to employees and executives
• High attention to detail and discretion with confidential data

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain salary structures, job levels, and pay bands using market data and benchmarking
• Lead annual salary review, bonus, and equity/long-term incentive cycles, including modelling, budgeting, and communications
• Advise managers on offers, promotions, and pay adjustments
• Run job evaluation and leveling to ensure internal equity
• Conduct regular pay equity analysis and reporting where required
• Partner with FP&A to develop salary cost forecasts and budgets and with CFO on reward strategy
• Provide regular reporting to Finance and the CFO on people costs and benefits utilization
• Support remuneration committee with data, proposals, and market insights
• Own relevant policies, documentation, and audit readiness
