Korn Ferry is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Senior Consultant in the Greater London area. This role delivers compensation and benefit insights, advises on survey results, and engages clients with Korn Ferry’s products portfolio.

You will collect salary survey data for base pay, bonuses, and incentives, working closely with Senior Managers to execute strategy. The position emphasizes client-facing work, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration across product and advisory

Formación

• Experience in compensation and benefits administration.
• Experience in questionnaire design, data analysis, presentation writing, and delivery of client projects.
• 4 to 6 years of experience working in a human resources environment with at least 2 years in compensation and benefits.

Responsabilidades

• Builds relationships with key accounts to ensure their data needs are met.
• Leads client calls for complex or marquee accounts.
• Presents client vs market analyses as outlined in service package models.
• Owns and executes plans to deliver large client projects and cross‑hub engagements.
• Maintains data management systems (Salesforce) and advises on efficiencies.
