Job summary

Maximus is hiring a Community Engagement & Partnership Lead in the United Kingdom. You will implement and deliver the strategy, work with commissioners and the delivery team, and maximise referrals and healthy behaviour change through place-based engagement.

You will build strong relationships with local partners, co-produce opportunities, and drive customer outcomes while aligning with contract KPIs and service improvements within the UK operations.

Responsibilities

• Implement and deliver the Community Engagement & Partnership Strategy across the contract.
• Develop and establish effective referral pathways with staff and partner agencies.
• Manage indicators that demonstrate progress in community and partnership work.
• Deliver presentations and pop-ups to promote programmes and services.
